Acceptable Use

Snapshots is a public photo-sharing application intended for audiences of all ages. By using this service, you agree to submit only content that is appropriate for all audiences and complies with these terms.

Content Guidelines

You may not submit photos that contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Graphic violence or gore
• Personally identifiable information (PII) about yourself or others, including faces shown without consent, license plates, addresses, or identifying documents
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals or groups
• Content that promotes illegal activity
• Copyrighted material you do not have rights to share

Moderation

We use a combination of automated screening (Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch) and human review to enforce these guidelines. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Submissions flagged by automated moderation for manual review will be held from the public feed until a moderator approves or rejects them.

Public Display

By submitting a photo to Snapshots, you grant Magnificent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your photo publicly within the service for as long as it occupies a slot in the carousel queue.

You confirm that you own or have the right to share any photo you submit.

Automatic Deletion

Photos are automatically deleted from the queue on a first-in, first-out basis as newer photos are submitted. The maximum queue size per prompt is 15 photos. When a photo is evicted from the queue, it is permanently deleted from our storage. We do not maintain archives of evicted photos.

No Liability

Snapshots is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of submitted photos, or harm arising from content submitted by other users.

We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or the permanent preservation of any submitted content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. By using Snapshots, you agree that any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magnificent operates. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with continued use of the service constituting acceptance of the revised terms.
